Rehearsal dates for everyone singing with us in Bristol will probably start late February.  Again, as last year, rehearsals are likely to be a mix of combined sessions with Tapestry on Tuesday nights, and up to two or three Saturday mornings, including Saturday 14th April, as a dress rehearsal.

There will be a charge of £1 for each rehearsal to cover the hall hire.
We’ve booked a coach.  Can you let us know if you would like a place on it, again as early as possible, as places are likely to be in demand.
Format for the Day
The coach leaves Tavistock at about 9.00am and gets to Bristol in plenty of time to have something to eat (packed lunch?). The event starts after lunch and we spend the afternoon learning and singing songs with about 500 others.
The meal break is about 5.00pm during which time we also have to fit in a warm-up. The early evening session is a performance by each choir singing a couple of songs. It normally finishes before 9.00pm and we get straight on the coach to return home.
Early Evening Meal
We aren’t arranging a group meal.

Unless you are self-catering, it is advisable to book a restaurant and explain to them the short window you have available.
Tickets for the event are £14 each and the coach cost will be of the order of £10.  We will need payment promptly, as the choir have already paid in advance for the tickets and coach deposit.
This a very enjoyable event so I really encourage you to sign-up.
